Surround yourself in the tranquility of Mother Nature's woodland garden. Woodland Retreat is the perfect get-away-from-it-all retreat set back in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. This log cabin accommodates 6 guests with 2 queen bedrooms and 2 baths and a hide-a-bed in the living room. Warm your self at the wood-burning stone fireplace, rocked floor to cathedral ceiling. Spend a lazy afternoon on either of the 2 private rocking chair porches. All cookware, dinnerware and linens are provided for your convenience.

Never lack for something to do since the mountains are full of activity. You are just minutes from Brasstown Bald, Lake Nottely, Lake Blue Ridge, and Lake Chatuge. Take a ride on the Blue Ridge Railway and visit the quaint shops of downtown Blue Ridge and Helen, GA. For the adventurer, hike the Appalachian Trail. Ride a horse. Take in the splendor of the plentiful waterfalls and State Parks that the North Georgia Mountains have to offer. Or do nothing at all!
