A great family vacation home, with a screened deck and covered pavilion to enjoy your own private piece of the river!
South of downtown Blairsville in the Trackrock/Owl Creek area, less than a 10 minute drive to local shops/groceries!

Avoid the lake crowds - bring your tubes and float the lazy river current or just sit your lawn chair in the river and enjoy the water & sunshine!
Be sure to say hello to others going by on their tubes! Lots of trees and shade along the river banks but plenty of room to relax & enjoy.

The main level has a huge kitchen/dining/living room area! All open so the family can enjoy!
Center island in the kitchen makes cooking/serving the family fun & easy!
Conveniently located next to the kitchen, is a half bath and separate laundry room.

The kitchen has large windows overlooking the BBQ, back deck & river. Seating for 11 at the kitchen tables and counter tops.

The living room has a stacked stone gas fireplace, flat screen TV and hardwood floors.
From the living room walk out onto the covered/screened in deck with a gas BBQ and plenty of seating overlooking the river.

Master suite with king bed on the main level and has a private bath with single sink, oversized vanity and tub/shower combo, plus small sitting area with loveseat.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a full size bathroom between them.
One bedroom has a queen bed while the other makes a great “kids” room with 2 full beds and 2 twin beds plus a TV to keep them entertained.

Downstairs is another family area - a smaller living room with TV and a bunk bed with a twin on top/full bed on lower, as well as a full size bathroom.

An oversized bedroom with king bed and sitting area (enough room for a playpen!).

Walk out the french doors to another deck (and access to parking area) and the full staircase to the river and covered pavilion.
Extra seating at the long staircase & pavilion to watch the fun!

Plenty of parking for vehicles. The main entrance has a smaller parking area and 2 porches.
More parking in the private cul-de-sac with access to downstairs!

Amenities: Amenities: 4 bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen, 2 full & 2 twins) plus bunk bed (twin/full) and 3 full baths (all tub/shower combos) and a half bath near the kitchen. Stacked stone gas fireplace, central heat & air conditioning, ceiling fans, gas BBQ gas grill, deck furniture, indoor and outdoor dining, stove, side by side refrigerator with in door ice & water, microwave, dishwasher, 12 cup coffee maker, toaster oven, full size washer and dryer. DVD players and flat screen TVs with expanded basic (no premium) channels. Weekly trash service. Linens, dishes and cookware provided. Basic/starter supply of paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags) and dish & laundry soap. Guest should bring their own tubes to use on the river.

Please note: the area does not have adequate local Wifi service providers. We know that AT&T and Verizon cell phones do work at this home, plus phones with personal hot spots can work. Guest should know the roads to the cabin are narrow and winding but well worth the trip. There are no street lights so please be patient when driving at night.

Year Round Rates: $185/night or $1,110/week (4 guests)
Additional Guests $10/night, per guest. Children under age 5, stay for free!
$165 cleaning fee per stay and $350 security/damage deposit.**
Renters are required to pay a $35, non-refundable, Administrative fee.

Minimum Stay: 2 nights year Round or 3 nights over Holidays.

Reservations will be charged entire rental amount minus the security/damage deposit.
**Security/damage deposit will only be charged if damage/issues are discovered at check out and/or check out instructions are not followed.
