Thank you for choosing Cozy Cove Cabin Rentals. Reservations are processed as quickly as possible, however we do not recommend you make travel arrangements until you receive a confirmation e-mail from our office. Please feel free to contact our office if you have any questions or concerns.

CONFIRMATION – Confirmation of your reservation will be e-mailed to you (as the responsible guest) upon completion of the reservation payment & processing.

Please read the confirmation for accuracy of cabin name, dates, charges, number of guests and pets (where pets are allowed only). Report any errors to CCCR immediately upon receipt of confirmation. Pay close attention to the number of guests on the confirmation. Occupancy is limited to REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. Absolutely no additional/overnight guests/pets are allowed without prior written authorization.

We process your reservation with actual people in our office! If you do not receive your confirmation email within 2 business days (be sure to check your SPAM/Junk folder), please contact our office by phone: 706-745-2468. Our office hours are 10am to 5pm.

CANCELLATION POLICY A $150 fee is assessed for all cancellations. A reservation cancelled less than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will not be refunded - the reservation amount will be credited towards another reservation, to be completed within 6 months of the cancellation date, plus a $75 change fee.  A reservation cancelled less than 10 days prior to the arrival date, will be subject to a fee of no less than the 2 night rental. Cancellations must be in submitted via email. Confirmation will be emailed, once the cancellation is processed. NO-SHOW POLICY The entire reservation amount will be retained and no refund or credit issued. REFUND or credit will not be issued for any inconvenience due to construction noise, road repairs, water levels, unused nights, early departures, delayed arrivals or inclement weather.
