The entire living area is one a single level with an open floor plan. With 2 living rooms, an open kitchen with island and dining bar and dining room, there is plenty of room for all. The bedrooms are split on either ends of the house for privacy.
Of course enjoying the outside is always a priority when visiting Blairsville and Triple C is set up just for that with an oversized screened in room that has mulitple seating areas, a picnic table and TV to enjoy those weekend sporting events.
Step outside to an open deck with another dining area, BBQ and the hot tub under a canopy - there is even an outdoor shower to rinse off!
Enjoy the views of the long back yard to the lake and covered boat slip with swim ladder.
Bring your own boat or rent one from the local marinas!
Once you have enjoyed the outside, and are ready to relax inside, again Triple C has thought of everything!
The master suite, just off the main living room, has a king size bed with another flat screen TV.
The bathroom is an amazing retreat with a large double sink vanity, shower stall and large jetted soaking tub.
The main living room, as you enter the home has 2 couches, a rocker and flat screen TV.
The second living room, just past the dining table, has large recliner sofas, another flat screen TV and an electric fireplace,
with doors to the screened in room.
Next to the second living room are 2 more bedrooms, separated by a full bathroom with a shower stall.
Each bedroom has night stands, ceiling fans with lights and windows to enjoy the natural light.
There are twin size rollaway beds and a crib if needed.
The front yard has a gravel parking area with enough room for 4 vehicles.
There is a small fenced area in the back/side yard.
The back yard has a nice gentle slope to the water and dock. Lots of room to enjoy outside games!

This cabin is located directly on Lake Nottely and the lake level is controlled by TVA.
The lake level is dropped yearly after Labor Day and raised the following March/April.
